We're excited to introduce Device Integrity, a new way to detect hidden cheating tools during Codility Screen assessments and Codility Interview sessions.
A growing category of tools run as hidden desktop applications that feed candidates AI-generated answers in real time. They're designed to be invisible to screen sharing, which means traditional integrity signals like tab switching and copy-paste detection can't catch them.
With Device Integrity enabled, candidates complete their assessment or interview inside the Codility App, a lightweight desktop application for macOS and Windows. The experience is identical to the standard browser version, but the app can identify cheating tools running on the device and surface them in the candidate's integrity report, giving your team a reliable signal alongside existing indicators like copy-paste activity and tab switching. You can enable Device Integrity per Screen assessment, set it as a default in Screen Settings, or turn it on for individual Interview sessions.
This feature is currently available in Private Preview.
