The AI Copilot enhances the interview process by mimicking real-life engineering workflows, enabling candidates to leverage AI tools effectively. Interviewers can enable or disable the Copilot and monitor its usage, providing a unique opportunity to assess a candidate's ability to work with AI-driven productivity tools.
