Task Randomizer is a feature that allows you to create pools of tasks to be chosen for your candidates.
This means that every candidate will get a set of tasks from a predefined pool randomly. It is useful in campus recruitment when you have many candidates who might know each other and you don't want them to get the same tasks to solve.
How it works
Task randomizer can be enabled by our team per request. Once it's done, first you will create a regular test with the same number of tasks you want candidates to solve (e.g. 2 tasks). After that, you need to click on the 3 dots on the right and choose Randomize tasks:
You will be taken to the randomization page where you can choose tasks for your slots:
You can add and remove slots:
Important note: task randomizer is a beta feature. As such, it may have limited functionality. For example, it's not possible to restrict programming languages available per task/slot. We can only restrict languages available for the whole test per your request (please reach out to us at support@codility.com if needed).
If you wish to have a task randomizer enabled on your account, please contact us at support@codility.com.
