If you are experiencing issues logging in or are not receiving password reset email, it may be related to one of the reasons below:
- You don't have a Codility account. Every Codility user should be invited by their account admin and click Activate button in the invite email (or have proper permissions assigned in IDP when logging in through user provisioning with SAML SSO). If you received an invite but never clicked the Activate button, your account won't be present in the system yet - clicking Activate button in the invite and setting up a password are essential steps of the process.
- You used to have a Codility account but it was removed by your account admin. If your account was removed by your admin, it means that you no longer have a Codility account and need to reach out to your account admin to discuss this to possibly get re-added.
