Once a CSI assessment is saved, the employees who were selected to get the test will get notified via an email 10 minutes before the Scheduled Time of the assessment. Employees who haven’t signed up on the platform will be invited to the platform where they can create their employee profile.
On the Employee dashboard they can see their upcoming assessments, assessments completed in the past and their Skill Profile:
Employees can also see the AI generated feedback for their past attempts where it’s enabled:
