Account admins have access to the full CSI module and can create skills’ assessments for employees. Below we describe in detail how to do it.
Step 1: Configure
- On the left navigation bar, click on the Assessments tab and Create New Assessment at the top
- Provide values in the field for the Assessment name.
- Click on Participants to view Employees and see them assigned to specific teams.
- Select all the employees you want to send the assessment to.
- Select the date and time to send out the assessment and choose whether it’s a one time or a recurring assessment. Click on Next when you have selected all the fields.
Step 2: Select Skills, Technology or Language
On the next step, you can choose the Skills, Language or Technologies based on which you want to filter the tasks for the assessments.
Step 3: Select Tasks
Click on Next to select tasks based on the Skill selection that you made on the previous step. You can also modify the filters on this step to Browse more tasks. After adding the tasks, you can choose which Skills or Technologies get verified upon successful task completion. Click on Modify and add or remove the Skills.
Step 4: Settings
Configure the settings for the assessment:
- Passing score: Specify the score which the employees need to achieve in order for them to have their Skills verified
- AI assistant: Choose whether employees can use our AI assistant - Cody integrated in the IDE as part of attempting their assessment tasks
- Employee feedback: Choose whether Employees can receive AI generated feedback on their assessment submission

Time limit: Adjust the time limit or make it more flexible if needed
- Invites
- Choose if the invites expire after a certain time or remain active for participants
- Choose how often to send a reminder email to the employees

Reporting
Specify people who may get notified when an employee completes an assessment

You can see the Summary of the assessment that will be created upon clicking Save on this step:
