What is it?
After a candidate submits their solution to a take-home assessment, our AI model analyzes their code and generates a small set of targeted, time-boxed questions. These personalized questions help you understand how well candidates truly grasp their solution, validate their authorship, and gather valuable interview-quality signals without needing an additional live interview round.
Unlike generic question banks, these follow-ups are unique to each candidate's submission, making them highly relevant and insightful. Key Benefits:
Deeper Insights: Evaluate a candidate's thought process, not just their final code, leading to more informed hiring decisions.
Fairer Candidate Experience: Gives candidates a chance to explain their reasoning and demonstrate a genuine understanding of their work.
Increased Reviewer Confidence: Provides structured evidence to support your hiring decisions and helps detect potential misuse of AI in original submissions.
Reduced Manual Effort: Questions are automatically generated and tailored to each candidate's work, saving you time.
How it Works?
For Candidates:
Submit your solution to a take-home assessment.
A set of three time-boxed (2 minutes each) follow-up questions will appear.
Answer the questions directly within the Codility interface.
For Reviewers:
Open the candidate’s Screen report.
You'll see the full transcript of the follow-up questions and answers alongside their solution.
Additional context, such as the time taken to answer, is also provided.
Use these insights to boost your decision confidence.
