Integrity Risk level in the Assessment Integrity Widget is designed to give you a quick overview of the potentially suspicious behavior during an assessment. This feature helps streamline your review process by providing a clear indicator of potential integrity concerns.
Integrity Risk is a calculated measure that assesses the likelihood of a candidate completing their assessment independently and honestly. It is presented in one of four categories: None, Low, Moderate, and High. This risk level is derived from analyzing multiple integrity signals collected during the assessment.
How is Integrity Risk Calculated?
Integrity Risk is determined using proprietary formulas developed in collaboration with I-O psychologists. No AI is used in this process. The calculation combines signals such as:
- Identity & Network Verification (if enabled) – confirms candidate identity and network conditions.
- Behavioral Signals – monitors test-taking behaviors for unusual activity.
- Plagiarism (Similarity) Checks – compares answers against known solutions.
These signals are weighted and combined to produce an overall Integrity Risk level, helping flag potential issues that may affect the validity of results.

- Transparency and Context: Access section-level breakdowns within the Integrity Widget to see what contributed to the overall risk score, once finalized.
- Efficient Filtering: Use the Integrity Risk filter in the Candidates tab or Test mission control to quickly narrow down candidates by specific risk categories.
Please note that:
- If certain behavioral signals are disabled, the risk score will be calculated based on the remaining enabled signals.
- If all behavioral signals are disabled, they will appear as such in the Integrity Widget and will not be included in the risk calculation.
Where to Find It
- Test Details: The Integrity Risk level is displayed for each candidate report and is available as a filtering option.
- Candidate Reports: The Integrity Widget within Candidate Reports now shows the risk category and section summaries.
