We're proud to announce our newest Interview feature, the Candidate Waiting Room.
Until now, after providing their information, the candidate remained idle while waiting for the Recruiter to initiate the session. We introduced the option for Candidates to join the Candidate Waiting Room by clicking "Practice now" button. It is a simulated practise environment that allows candidates to get acquainted with Codility IDE and try it out before their actual Interview.
Once the Recruiter starts the Interview on their end, the candidate will receive a notification and will be redirected to the actual Interview.
Once the Candidate provides their data and are moved to the waiting room, the Interviewer will receive a popup notification on their end. They will be able to start the Interview by clicking "Start interview" button in the upper right corner.
