When interviewing candidates remotely, connect directly using voice and video.
When you start a CodeLive session, you'll now notice a set of icons at the top of your screen enabling you to start a voice and video chat with your candidate and any other interviewers in the session.
This provides a much more human interview experience and lets you connect better with the candidate despite not being on-site together.
Click the video icon, enable/allow permission to access your camera, and ensure your mic is connected so you're ready to go.
As each person leaves the CodeLive session, their voice and video will disconnect automatically. But if you chose to remain in the session to discuss further, be sure to disconnect from the call before discussing any sensitive information.
