Integrating Codility with SmartRecruiters allows you to seamlessly invite, review and store your candidate test reports all in one interface.
When integrated, you can:
- Standardize your Codility tests as part of the assessment stage.
- Select which Codility test is required for each role, and enable SmartRecruiters users to initiate the test invite as candidates enter the assessment stage.
- Have links to candidate test reports automatically attach to a candidate profile and their scores displayed within SmartRecruiters.
- Enable faster review and collaboration on specific candidate profiles between interviewers and hiring managers.

Already a SmartRecruiters customer? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you connect your SmartRecruiters and Codility accounts together. If you don't have access to integrations, please contact email@example.com and we'll help you with the next steps.
Setting up the Integration:
Once we've given you the green light, you will see SmartRecruiters appear in your account settings:
From here, you can pick and upload your Codility tests to the SmartRecruiters platform. Please note, this process may take up to 24 hours as SmartRecruiters must approve the tests first. If you experience any longer delay, please contact your SmartRecruiters account manager.
Once your active tests are added to SmartRecruiters, you can either send a candidate an assessment directly from the candidate’s profile page or incorporate assessments into your workflow.
If you wish to change the default email template that is sent to the candidate to another one, then send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which template should become the new default.
When your candidate completes the test, you can review their results as well as view the full candidate report in Codility.
Please note that users with Admin or Extended system roles will be able to see the results regardless of their role in the Hiring Team. If it comes to Standard and Basic users, they will be able to see the results if their role in the Hiring Team is determined as Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Executive, or they will have a custom hiring role. If these users have an Interviewer or Coordinator role, they will not be able to see the test results within the SR system.
If the candidate doesn't take the test within 14 days from the moment you invited them, the invite gets cancelled automatically and the candidate is shown as rejected in SmartRecruiters.
