Our user management panel allows account admins to effectively manage their users. It can be accessed in My Account > Settings > Team & User Management. Please note that only account admins can make changes to the user list.
To invite multiple users at a time, change to the Users tab, click on Invite People, choose the right user type. Then please provide relevant email addresses (separated by a comma), choose Teams that you want this user be a part of, their role and candidate view (limited or not) . The number of users that you can add depends on your current license. If you need to add more users, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@codility.com and we'll be happy to help.
If you have reached the user limit, you won't be able to invite new users but you can review your pending invites and cancel the ones that are no longer relevant:
Please note that if your user doesn't accept the invite within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled.
To view which teams the user belongs to, hover over the Teams column:
Filters to search users
Next to the search bar, click on Filters, you’ll be able to apply filters by Role (Admin, Recruiter, Engineer), Candidate data(anonymized or not anonymized),Candidate Visibility(All or their own candidates), and Teams.
Select multiple users
To select multiple users to perform bulk actions, click on the check box to the left of the user’s name.
Bulk action options: Change to Collaborators/Platform users, Remove users or Assign users to teams.
Removing users
To remove a user, there are 2 methods.
One method is to hover over the user on the Team & User Management page, click on the Vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Remove.
The other method is to select the checkbox to the right of the user’s name and select Remove. This method can also be performed with multiple users.
When you remove a user, this person will not be displayed in the table, but all of their user data (tests, invites and reviews) stays untouched. It's possible to invite the same person again via the standard invitation flow.
