Additionally, try taking the test from a different browser or in an incognito window, as this can help clear the cache and cookies present on your browser. If your device has a functional camera, confirm that it is not being used by any other application running in the background.

Lastly, review your operating system’s camera settings.
If none of these steps resolves the issue, we recommend trying to take the test on an alternative device. Please maintain open communication with your test administrator regarding technical issues in case you require an extension of the test window.
